The phone was then taken by another woman.The suspect, 32-year-old Laura Tercero, was interviewed by detectives and admitted to stealing the phone and removing the SIM card, an Odessa Police Department news release stated. Tercero reportedly threw the SIM card away and transferred all of the victim’s cloud information into her name.Police charged Tercero with tampering with physical evidence, a third-degree felony, and theft of property, a class A misdemeanor.last_img read more
